First problem after many successful orders. DO NOT USE THE CREDIT CARD function to pay! They have taken funds from my account and sent me this email! --- Please be informed that transaction number (blah) has not been accepted for payment (has "REJECT" status). I am now waiting to contact them to get a refund, simply a piss take won't be using the Credit Card service from Dotpay ever again!

This is normal situation when your card is not accepted. Please take into account that not all credit cards are valid. In some cases money are blocked on your account, but never taken. If you have futher questions cocntac your bank and ask them when money will be released, this is up to them. Regards
