I bought 390k and got the money after 36 hours, it seems like they don't work at weekends, which is sad, because I can only play at weekends and the FAQ says maximum 7-8 hours (you shouldn't promise this if you can't keep it).
But I've received 10k more, maybe as a compensation/gift for the long waiting time.
All in all I'm satisfied but maybe you should change your FAQ.
