I read your comment and just thought'd I'd add my remarks. I understand what happened I just don't see how they can be offering a service like this. My money is now "being held" by my bank for 14 days just incase they take the payment. Simply a waste of 14 days when I could have paid fine with another payment type. Mabey you could put a warning under the payment type to notify users of this or even remove that service all together. I don't usualy use that payment type and would'nt have if I saw a warning saying my money might be held for 14 days. Just a thought I've certainly learnt my lesson.
This is normal situation when you pay credit card and something is wrong, not only here on our page. bank will always block your money, because they have to check what is wrong, and in some cases payment is done, so money must be blocked.
