We would like to ensure you, that buying characters in our store is safe. We guarantee the safety by applying to one vital rule – buying characters only from well known seller and guard your RK.

I am sure that everybody is familiar with the mechanism of so-called Recovery Key, which grant full access to the account.  In order to revive new RK you have to wait 30 days until your registration data will change.

Let me explain how we buy the characters for you from tibiaCC

We receive our characters from reliable source, and investigate history of each character. When we make sure that account is up to our standards and your we carry on with changing registration data to us. After 30 we receive recovery key from tibia and generate new Recovery key. From that moment we are the only owner of this account.

We are the only holder of Recovery Key, which you will be given after you buy certain character. Such system guarantee that your RK will be secure during 30 days period. After that time you can safely order a new Recovery Key

During this time only we and you have access to the RK. (Of course you have to be careful, because someone else can steal your RK and hack your character). During this 30 days you can always ask us to retype your RK one more time (for example if you lose it). We will not change this Recovery Key for sure!!

Please remember that we don’t hold responsibility if your character will be hacked, for sure this not our misdemeanor !

A piece of advice for your safety :

              1.       Before you buy character scan your computer if don’t have some viruses.

              2.       When you receive RK use it and change your email instantly. This give you two things – first you will be certain that Rk is really working, second – you will change email and password instantly.

              3.       Write your Recovery Key on piece of paper, hide and NEVER KEEP IT ON YOUR COMPUTER.

              4.       Never give your RK even to best friend, maybe he will not hack you, but someone can hack him!

If you manage to follow this simple rules after 30 days you will be the only owner of this account.

All necessary information you will find when you click on character you want to buy. There will be always full information you should to know. For example we will not hide that character have criminal record or is hunting!
